An Introduction to the Chemistry & Therapeutics of Herbal Medicines
The author,
Andrew Pengclly
BA., N.D., D.B.M., D.Hom., was trained at the Southern Cross Herbal School and has been a practicing medical herbalist for 15 years. He has lectured widely in herbalism, botany and pharmacogosy.
Andrew is a founding editor of the Australian Journal of Medical Herbalism for which he continues to contribute regular articles. He served as an executive for the National Herbalist Association of Australia for ten years, and was recently made a fellow of that association. He is a graduate of the University of New England, with majors in plant biology and archaeology.
Andrew lives on a farm near Muswellbrook in the Hunter Valley where he grows medicinal herbs and organic vegetables.
