complexation was ascribed to the n-n stacking interaction between the
aromatic side chain of the amino acids and the porphyrin. Therefore, the
coordination interaction between the amino group and zinc is comparable
in magnitude to the n-n slacking interaction between the aromatic side
chain and the porphyrin. It should be noted that hydrophobic aliphatic
amino acids such as isoleucine
